WGA worked with the client to create a mixed-use commercial/residential project comprised of a complex of four buildings as an anchor in the heart of the bustling neighborhood commercial district at Dempster and Chicago Avenues. Each building is four to seven stories high, with first-floor commercial uses and condominiums on the upper floors. The residential units range in size from 700-2,300 s.f. Residential amenities include individual balconies, a fitness center, an indoor pool and a sundeck.
