Brookfield Zoo – Restrooms

Wallin-Gomez Architects was retained to completely revamp and upgrade the Brookfield Zoo’s restroom facilities throughout the entire site. WGA decided to take a fun and light-hearted approach to the project to showcase existing exhibits and enlighten visitors about on-going conservation efforts at the zoo. This effort resulted in bringing new experiences to spaces that are usually forgotten. The project required working within tight budgetary and scheduling constraints, and within existing buildings with space constraints.
