Renovation of a second floor in office building located in Itasca, IL. This included complete transformation of lobby, board room, meeting room, stairwell, and conference room. Area also included custom designed pocket door, counter and custom designed glass ledges throughout area.
Wallin Gomez was charged with remodeling an existing 13,000 square-foot commercial building into a two-story new primary healthcare clinic intended to activate a tired street corner near downtown Berwyn. WGA worked with the client to create vibrant, light-filled spaces to create a welcoming environment for patients and staff. We were able to take advantage of the corner location, as well as the abundance of natural light to make each unique space pop.
